If there is to see Blu-ray discs with your PS3 just your PS3 directly to the TV. The PS3 is a fully functional Blu-Ray DVD.
You can not PS3 Blu-Ray through a computer anyway - High Definition Blu-Ray is the HDCP encryption, and no video capture card that has HDMI or component.
The only way I can Blu-ray DVD on your computer: 1) when the computer is supported on a Blu-Ray, 2) the HDCP video card, and 3) the monitor is connected to the graphics card and HDCP compliant.
All these limitations are due to the implementation of HDCP for Blu-Ray.
If it plays video files on your computer with a TV device that simply and easily connect your computer directly to the TV.
