What are your plans on TV restrictions? Family Guy, South Park, ect.? - south park wrestling watch streaming

My cousin leaves 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. years old to see things that seem unfit children, such as Family Guy, Robot Chicken, Futurama, The Simpsons, South Park, wrestling, etc.. They have learned many things wrong with these shows. IE: bad language, body beating against each other in the things that rude to his mother, sex, and the list goes on and on. My baby is only 4 months, but it will take a very, very long time before it is allowed to do these things. My husband and I have agreed that 13 is fine for Family Guy, Wrestling, The Simpsons, South Park, but probably not allowed to 16. We see these things, but nothing much happens. Where is it? What are your plans for the limits of television?
